Enquiry to booking. Fewer manual handoffs.
Automate the repeated steps between a new enquiry and the next action—without losing visibility or human control. From a single form-to-CRM workflow to a multi-step lead-to-booking system.
Discuss an automation projectThe opportunity is often lost after the click.
Your tools might be good individually. The friction starts when information has to move between them by hand.
- A form submission lands in an inbox nobody checks consistently.
- Lead details are retyped into a CRM, calendar or job system.
- Staff spend time checking availability and chasing confirmations.
- Follow-up depends on memory instead of a reliable next step.
- Nobody can see whether an enquiry became a booked job.
Capture once. Route clearly. Know what happened.
An example architecture. Every integration and permitted data flow is confirmed during discovery.
Not just forms. The work that follows them.
Start with what takes your team time, creates risk or slows a customer down.
Form-to-CRM automation
Capture fields consistently, identify duplicates, apply ownership rules and notify the right team.
Lead-to-booking workflows
Connect qualified leads with booking steps, scheduling, quote requests, confirmation messages and approved follow-up.
Sales and enquiry routing
Route by service, venue, location, urgency or enquiry type, with fallbacks when a rule cannot decide.
Operations and job handoffs
Connect CRM, tasks, service/job cards, approvals, status changes and client communications where supported.
Monitoring and exception alerts
Add logging, failure notifications, retries and human review rather than silently losing submissions.
Reporting and attribution
Measure form completions, bookings and pipeline progression with consistent definitions where the tools allow.
Built for real-world processes.
Illustrative examples. Platform permissions and business rules determine what can actually be automated.
Field & trade services
Enquiry → service type and location → CRM → quote or job request → scheduling → technician/job card.
Venues & hospitality
Event enquiry → venue/type routing → sales owner → CRM record → follow-up; reservation workflows assessed separately.
Professional services
Qualified enquiry → service fit → discovery scheduling → CRM pipeline → reminders and handover.
Designed to work after launch.
Technical delivery and monitoring are scoped responsibly. No blanket promises about integrations we have not assessed.
Map
Process, systems, constraints, permissions and exception cases.
Design
Data fields, routing, human approvals and failure handling.
Implement & test
Build with qualified specialists, verify success and failure paths.
Handover & care
Document ownership, monitoring and support boundaries.
Right-sized projects. No one-size-fits-all quote.
Transparent starting points in Australian dollars for clearly defined scopes; a proposal confirms actual deliverables, fees and exclusions.
Defined workflow
From A$2,500One tightly scoped automation with agreed trigger, destinations, validation and QA.
Lead-to-booking implementation
From A$5,000A connected enquiry-to-booking journey; complexity and platform access determine the full scope.
Workflow monitoring & care
From A$750/monthA limited support allowance for named workflows, monitoring and agreed maintenance tasks.
Discovery may be priced separately. Subscription charges, third-party usage, historical data migration, enterprise APIs, complex security reviews, additional locations/workflows and applicable taxes are excluded unless expressly included. Ongoing support is limited by the agreement.
The practical details.
Can you use the software we already have?
Often. We first check existing features, permissions, integration methods and ongoing costs before recommending new tools.
Will an automation book customers without human input?
Only when the business rules and platform allow it, and the risk is appropriate. Quotes, sensitive records and exceptions may still require human approval.
Do we need a custom app?
Usually not for a first workflow. We consider existing platform features and supported integration tools before custom engineering.
What happens if an integration breaks?
Failure alerts, logs, recovery paths and monitoring need to be included explicitly in the agreed scope. Automation is not a promise of zero failures.
Can multiple locations or teams share one workflow?
Yes where appropriate, but branching, permissions, data ownership and each destination increase scope and QA effort.
